By accessing or using Tourlyx ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Tourlyx is a golf tournament management platform that allows users to organize tournaments, manage golfer rosters, track scores, and generate results. The Service is provided by Tourlyx.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select. All prices are in USD.
We use Stripe to process payments. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees on each billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing portal. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the free tier. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time remaining on a subscription. We encourage you to use the 14-day free trial to evaluate the Service before subscribing.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tourlyx. You retain ownership of any tournament data and content you create using the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tourlyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
